To provide next level technical support to backbone supervision centers by resolving low to medium complex proactive backbone network problems and contributing network performance business objectives

What you'll do

• Provide next level technical support for Global customer service centers and Backbone supervision centers by resolving low to medium complex backbone network problems…
• Implement assigned high impact and complex changes on the backbone network infrastructure while demonstrating highest adherence to network change management procedures
• Generate "Technical Incident Reports" for major network incidents and problems
• Key result / decision areas (outcomes)
• Achieve functional KPI targets
