About the role

To provide next level technical support to backbone supervision centers by resolving low to medium complex proactive backbone network problems and contributing network performance business objectives To provide next level technical assistance on the reactive incidents raised by global customer service centers and contribute to targeted customer satisfaction.

What you'll do

• Provide next level technical support for Global customer service centers and Backbone supervision centers by resolving low to medium complex backbone network problems…
• Implement assigned high impact and complex changes on the backbone network infrastructure while demonstrating highest adherence to network change management procedures
• Generate “Technical Incident Reports” for major network incidents and problems
• Key result / decision areas (outcomes)
• Achieve functional KPI targets
