About the role
The role of the HR Specialist is responsible to provide end to end Payroll processing support for India and other APAC countries as per business needs. Primary focus on India Payroll and Benefits. Validate the NHF for one-time payments, such as joining bonuses, referral payments, and notice-period payments.
What you'll do
- Prepare payroll inputs for M1-HR
- Process one-time inputs, including crèche benefit, Sodexo Meal Card, NPS, VPF, LOP, insurance premium deductions, and other payments or deductions
- Respond to new-hire queries about investment declarations and planners
- Handle post-payroll queries relating to income tax and other payroll deductions
- Prepare gratuity payment data for Full and Final (F&F) cases
