What you'll do
- Collaborate with a team dedicated to providing consistent, sustainable global solutions, no matter where our customers operate
- Provide L2/L3 Support on network Infrastructure services to customers in 24 X 7 support model
- Execute recommended changes on LAN/WAN infrastructure with precision
- Monitor network usage and performance using network management tools
