About the role
As a Senior Cloud Consultant, you will be responsible for architecting, supporting, and optimizing multi-cloud and AI-driven environments. Your goal is to deliver technical excellence with high Customer Happiness by meeting Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and ensuring process compliance.
What you'll do
- Provide Level 3 design and support for Unix/Linux troubleshooting, incident management, root cause analysis (RCA), and implement preventive measures
- Build, operate, and optimize CI/CD pipelines for deploying container-based clusters (Rancher, Kubernetes, OpenStack, AI model services)
- Respond to RFPs related to Open Source, DevOps, and AI cloud platform requirements
- Contribute to AI cloud infrastructure design , enabling model deployment, monitoring, and scaling across platforms
- Create and maintain Terraform scripts and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) repositories to ensure consistency and automation
