About the role
The person should have live experience in web development along with hands on experience in Javascript, html5/css3, json, API integration and ServiceNow expertize. The person is good to have exposure to the ServiceNow ITSM or CSM service catalog and integration capabilities with ServiceNow. Preferable knowledge on TSM module is an added advantage.
What you'll do
- Lead configuration & customization of ServiceNow CSM module along with integrations
- Develop/maintain code with good code quality, as per ServiceNow standards
- Analysis of enhancements & defects as per business requirement
- Ensure generic / reusable implementation of code being followed along with security measures
- Provide technical support during UAT and go live
