Proven experience in data analysis, performance analysis, and business analysis within telecom or related industries. Proficiency in SQL, ETL/ELT processes and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI), and data pipeline development.
What you'll do
- Collect, process, and analyze large-scale data to monitor network performance, service quality, and operational efficiency
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track KPIs related to network and business performance
- Conduct business analysis to identify opportunities for process optimization, cost reduction, and service improvement
- Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models for performance forecasting and prediction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions, including data pipelines and models
