Technical Expertise — Act as the Senior Technical Expert for R&S, datacenter networking and wireless technologies, providing deep-dive guidance to internal teams and customers.
What you'll do
- Collaborate with a team dedicated to providing consistent, sustainable global solutions, no matter where our customers operate
- Monitoring & Management Tools — Deploy and support network and security monitoring/management tools, ensuring visibility and proactive issue detection
- Training & Knowledge Transfer — Provide technical training and mentorship to L1/L2 operations teams to uplift capability and reduce escalations
- Configure, manage, and optimize Aruba Central for wireless, switching, and SD-WAN environments
- Provide technical leadership in onboarding and configuring devices in Aruba Central (APs, switches, gateways)
