Demonstrates experience in successfully executing global Information Technology transition & transformation projects.
What you'll do
- Develop integrated project plans, implementation schedules and cost estimates for projects
- Develop & finalize the transition plan with the internal & customer teams
- Accountable for the successful completion of project team deliverables on time, within budget, and according to specifications
- Identify and secure resources necessary to execute the Transition/transformation Plan
- Manage transition planning, knowledge transfer, technolgy deployment, service readiness, people transfer, delivery operations setup, service management aspects of project
