About the role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Support Executive to join Orange Health. The Inventory Support Executive will be responsible for managing inventory operations, ensuring accurate stock levels, coordinating supply chain activities and optimizing inventory processes. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge in Excel and experience in store/inventory handling and management.
What you'll do
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels of diagnostic supplies, reagents, consumables, and equipment
- Coordinate with procurement team to forecast inventory needs and initiate purchase orders
- Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and address any discrepancies
- Oversee the receipt, storage, and issuance of inventory, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to standard operating procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand inventory requirements and identify potential supply chain issues
