About the role
Candidates with a background in quality assurance (food industry) experience or food Quality Assurance – QA / Safety roles will be preferred.
What you'll do
- Conduct & implement QA programs (e.g. ISO 22000, FOSTAC, HACCP, SOP, FSSAI, PCQI, etc.) across the entire value chain—from supplier sourcing, production, packaging
- Ensure regulatory compliance with national / international standards (e.g. ISO 22000, FOSTAC, HACCP, SOP, FSSAI, PCQI, etc.) and customer specifications
- Lead internal and external audits, manage corrective actions, and oversee certification processes (e.g. ISO 22000, FOSTAC, HACCP, SOP, FSSAI, PCQI, etc.)
- Conduct inspections and risk assessments (hazard analysis, sanitation checks, pest control, sensory testing, microbiological testing, etc
- Manage documentation & data: maintain SOPs, (e.g. ISO 22000, FOSTAC, HACCP, SOP, FSSAI, PCQI, etc.) quality records, HACCP logs, QA reports
