The Senior Engineer - Technical Services role leads the Regional Technical Services team to deliver safe, practical and value-adding technical support to customers. What you'll do
- Lead, coach and develop Technical Services Engineers, including onboarding, competency assessment and capability building
- Build and maintain strong customer technical relationships and engagement plans
- Identify customer needs and translate into technical solutions and business opportunities
- Lead delivery of technical services projects that drive measurable customer value, including new technologies and improvement initiatives
- Analyse blast performance and apply data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement
