Technical Program Manager

About the role

As the Lead Technical Program Manager at Origin, you will own how the engineering team executes. This is the first dedicated program function at Origin, and you will build it from the ground up. You will run the OKR system, own the dependencies across autonomy, hardware, and field operations, and drive the delivery cadence that turns three teams into one machine.

What you'll do

• Define and run the company-wide OKR system, with every key result owned, tracked, and reported on a weekly cadence
• Own cross-team dependencies and the critical path across autonomy, hardware, and operations, so work moves without the founders brokering it
• Drive the autonomy program across data, model development, simulation, and QA, keeping milestones, dependencies
• Drive the hardware program across design, manufacturing, assembly, and validation, holding the schedule and surfacing risks in partnership with the hardware leads
• Own triage and closure of field issues from deployed units, accountable for time-to-resolve rather than just logging the bug
