Human Resources Intern

About the role

A Human Resources Intern plays a pivotal role in supporting the HR team’s efforts to recruit, onboard, and develop talent within an organization. This role provides an opportunity for students or recent graduates to gain practical experience in various aspects of HR, including recruitment, employee relations, training, and HR administration.

What you'll do

• Assist in posting job vacancies on job boards, social media, and company career portals
• Screen resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and schedule interviews with candidates
• Participate in interviews, assessments, and selection processes to evaluate candidate suitability
• Coordinate candidate communications, including interview scheduling, feedback collection, and offer letters
• Support the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork completion, orientation scheduling, and introduction to company policies and procedures
