Product Lead - Data

About the role

We are hiring a Product Lead - Data to own one of the most critical parts of the platform: the systems that transform fragmented, unstructured inputs into clean, actionable data. This is not a coordination-only PM role. We want someone who can operate at the center of product, data systems, AI workflows, and customer value.

What you'll do

• Own the roadmap for data ingestion, enrichment, and pipeline products
• Partner with AI and engineering teams to design scalable workflows for cleaning, validating, and mapping incoming data
• Drive integration strategy with carriers, rating engines, AMS platforms, and submission portals
• Work closely with customer-facing teams to understand pain points and remove blockers to adoption
• Prioritize aggressively, test rapidly, and ship improvements on a frequent cadence
