What you'll do
- Provide operational and application support for Blue Yonder systems supporting European business operations, including occasional out-of-hours support
- Configure, administer, and maintain Blue Yonder applications, including user provisioning and access management
- Monitor application performance and troubleshoot system issues to ensure service availability
- Design, develop, maintain, and support custom software solutions and enhancements within the Blue Yonder environment
- Analyze business requirements and implement functional and technical solutions
