What you'll do
- Collaborate with global and local teams to understand design intent and develop as well as validate structural models to support new engineering designs
- Perform 3D thermal CFD analysis for exhaust and aftertreatment systems
- Predict heat loss, pressure drop and temperatures of underhood and underbody components under various load cases
- Evaluate thermal and fluid behaviour of systems including but not limited to doser, hoses, tank interfaces, and fluid reservoirs
- Extend CFD application area and provide training and guidance to junior team members
