What you'll do
- Lead EV and hybrid driveline design and performance modeling for heavy-duty vehicles
- Own system-level driveline design decisions and provide technical direction for implementation activities across vehicle configuration and performance modelling solutions
- Provide technical leadership to implementation engineers through design reviews, solution guidance, and validation of engineering deliverables
- Define modelling approaches, engineering methodologies, and technical standards to ensure consistency and quality across vehicle configuration solutions
- Perform vehicle performance analysis and simulations to evaluate design feasibility, compliance, customer requirements, and support engineering decision-making
