What you'll do
- End, working directly with the Product Lead. The core of the role is building
- Understand business workflows across Sales, Onboarding, Operations and Finance, and identify
- Process gaps and inefficiencies
- Structure each process into a system module with clear flows and flow charts
- Cover every scenario the module must handle (standard, exception and edge cases) before it
