What you'll do
- Plan and coordinate vendor production
- Work with our production vendors on order planning, schedules and dispatch. Track every order until delivery and flag delays early
- Support machines after production
- Help the team fix quality issues, field feedback and rework on machines that have already been built. Find the root cause and close the loop with the vendor
- Raise and follow up on purchase orders for parts and sub-assemblies. Compare quotes, negotiate where you can, and keep lead times and costs visible
