Senior Design & Development Engineer at PadCare Labs. The Senior Design and Development Engineer will play a key role in driving PadCare’s hardware innovation by taking ownership of product design, prototyping, testing.
What you'll do
- Create accurate 3D CAD models, detailed part and assembly drawings, and Bill of Materials (BOM) to support manufacturing and assembly
- Lead the end-to-end product development cycle – from ideation and prototyping to manufacturing and field implementation
- Take responsibility for team handling and effective execution of projects
- Analyze and optimize existing designs for improved performance, cost-efficiency, and sustainability
- Develop functional prototypes, conduct product testing, and incorporate user feedback into iterative improvements
