Senior Scientist — Pulp & Polymers at PadCare Labs. We are looking for an experienced and innovation-driven Senior Scientist : Pulp & Polymers to lead research and development initiatives involving recovered pulp.
What you'll do
- Focus on planning and conducting experiments to improve material quality, optimize processes, reduce costs, and develop new recycling and material-recovery solutions
- Lead R&D projects involving pulp, plastics, polymers, composites, and recycled materials
- Design, plan, and conduct laboratory and pilot-scale experiments
- Improve the quality, consistency, performance, and usability of recovered pulp and plastic materials
- Identify opportunities for raw-material optimization, process improvement, yield enhancement, and cost reduction
