What you'll do
- Lead the innovation roadmap for our Wrap & Carry segment – upgrading existing grades and creating new paper‑based solutions for QSR, bakery, retail and delivery brands
- Take ideas from sketchbook to shop floor: lab and pilot work, paper‑machine trials, converting trials, and final customer qualification
- Work side‑by‑side with Production, Quality, Sales and key customers during trials and launches, turning feedback and data into better recipes and specifications
- Help open new customer accounts and segments by co‑developing Wrap & Carry concepts that solve real problems for fast‑growing food brands
