Director, Ethics & Compliance

About the role

As the Director of Ethics & Compliance (India), you will lead the design, implementation, and daily operation of our ethics and compliance program across India. You will own regional compliance risks, including anti-bribery, anti-corruption (ABAC), and trade compliance, acting as the primary compliance point of contact for business leaders.

What you'll do

• Lead the anti-bribery and anti-corruption (ABAC) program in India, managing risk assessments and third-party due diligence
• Monitor regulatory compliance requirements for India operations and track relevant legal developments affecting the business
• Cultivate proactive relationships with India Public Sector sales, commercial legal, and Public Policy teams on compliance matters
• Support India trade compliance matters, including import/export considerations and sanctions screening with global colleagues
• Serve as the primary regional resource for Code of Conduct questions, potential violations, and related internal investigations
