Lead a high-performing global mobile engineering organization responsible for building secure, scalable, AI-enabled enterprise mobile experiences.
What you'll do
- Provide technical and organizational leadership for globally distributed engineering teams
- Drive adoption of AI-enabled Software Development Lifecycle (AI-SDLC/ADLC), including AI-assisted design, coding, testing, documentation and code reviews
- Champion Agentic SDLC practices and responsibly integrate AI coding assistants to improve engineering productivity
- Mentor engineering managers and senior engineers through coaching, career development and technical leadership
- Own hiring, performance management, succession planning and team growth
