We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager to lead our HR Operations team in delivering exceptional service through our global shared services model. This role will be instrumental in driving operational excellence, process improvement, and technology adoption to enhance the employee experience.
What you'll do
- Elevate the employee experience by transforming routine tasks into opportunities for meaningful interaction and collaboration
- Anticipate employee needs and proactively offer personalized solutions and support
- Provide strategic direction and oversight for HR Operations, including service delivery, process optimization, and technology capabilities
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational effectiveness and identify continuous improvement areas
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of 6-8 HR professionals providing global service delivery
