About the role
We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer with 4+ years of software engineering experience to architect, build, and deploy custom Agentic AI applications integrated with our Salesforce ecosystem. In this role, you will bridge modern generative AI technologies (LLM orchestrations, autonomous agent loops, tool calling, and RAG) with enterprise CRM infrastructure.
What you'll do
- Salesforce Integration & Tool Calling: Implement robust REST/SOAP integrations, Webhooks, Platform Events, and Apex Invocable Methods allowing AI agents to query SOQL
- Context Grounding & RAG Pipelines: Build Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines connecting vector stores (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate
- Implement safety guardrails, prompt evaluation suites, rate limiting, and seamless human-in-the-loop (HITL) handoffs
