What you'll do
- Partner with Product Managers and business stakeholders to translate enterprise requirements into technical solutions that are scalable, secure
- Apply AI first engineering capabilities including prompt engineering, AI-assisted coding, and agentic workflows to accelerate development, testing
- Design and implement software solutions across IT platforms, using modern architectures and AI tools to optimize performance and reliability
- Develop maintainable, high-quality code, using AI-augmented coding tools (e.g., Cursor, Cody) while validating outputs for security and compliance
- Debug and resolve system issues using structured troubleshooting and AI-assisted diagnostics to reduce downtime and improve user experience
