What you'll do
- Technical Migration & Integration: Execute the technical migration of customer environments from legacy to modern platforms
- Operationalization & DITL Delivery: Bridge the gap between implementation and true platform adoption by running practitioner-focused "Day in the Life" (DITL) workshops
- Educate customer teams on native platform workflows, alert triage, incident response
- Value Realization Executive Cadence: Lead highly structured Value Realization sessions with customer technical stakeholders
- Leverage native platform dashboards to mathematically demonstrate ROI, security efficacy and operational efficiency to secure formal project sign-off and customer delight
