What you'll do

• A. HSE Works and enterprise application ownership
• Act as the CF-HSE business focal point for HSE Works modules in scope, including incidents, near miss, KEA, FLRA/ORA, internal compliance
• Understand user needs and business processes, translate them into clear system requirements
• Manage user feedback, issue resolution, enhancement requests, testing, training, deployment and adoption in partnership with the delivery product manager
• Maintain clear application documentation, admin instructions, access arrangements, decision history and continuity plans
