About the role
Most developers look at an ambitious design and start listing what won’t work. We want the one who starts figuring out how it will. You’ll lead our web builds end to end: marketing sites, product experiences, work that’s visually complex and technically clean. You’ll partner with designers, own client conversations, and build a small dev team around you as we grow.
What you'll do
- Lead small to medium web projects independently, scoping to launch
- Build on Webflow, WordPress, Strapi, or whatever the project actually needs
- Partner with designers. Push the work, don’t just execute it
- Hire and grow a small dev team as we scale
- Set the quality bar. Pixel-perfect is the baseline, not the ceiling
