What you'll do
- Work closely with Program Managers, Customer Success Managers, Associate Project Managers
- Understand the business objectives, define the project scope, and create a plan with clear timelines and deliverables for customers
- Monitor and report on all aspects of the project, including but not limited to
- Regularly lead internal and customer-facing meetings to ensure projects maintain forward momentum
- Identify, assess and manage project risks. Develop mitigation plans and execute them effectively
