About the role
As a Trainee Sourcing Specialist, you will support clinical research talent acquisition activities that advance new treatments for patients by building and managing high-quality candidate pipelines. This position plays a key role in sourcing excellence, candidate engagement, talent pipeline development, and recruitment strategy execution.
What you'll do
- Create target lists to identify competitor organizations and potential candidates, and generate interest in available roles and client companies
- Conduct phone screenings of qualified applicants and manage high-volume candidate interactions with professionalism and attention to detail
- Manage job postings on job boards and social media channels to maximize candidate reach and sourcing effectiveness
- Identify user groups and professional associations that can help generate qualified candidates for clinical research roles
- Provide sourcing results in reportable formats to support talent acquisition strategy and decision-making
