About the role
To prepare competitive and technically accurate proposals and quotations for automation solutions based on customer requirements, working closely with the design, costing, and sales teams.
What you'll do
- Review customer RFQs (Request for Quotations) and understand project scope, technical specifications, and commercial requirements
- Interact with the design and engineering team to gather technical inputs
- Prepare cost estimates, solution layouts, and techno-commercial proposals
- Coordinate with vendors and internal departments to obtain pricing and lead time for bought-out items
- Ensure proposals meet customer expectations, internal margin targets, and delivery timelines
