• Aggressively identify, generate, and qualify new business enquiries in industrial automation, assembly lines, and welding solutions
• Own the complete sales cycle from lead generation to final order closure, with a strong focus on revenue conversion
• Ensure timely follow-up and conversion of all enquiries, RFQs, and submitted quotations into confirmed orders
• Understand customer requirements quickly and position optimized techno-commercial solutions to win orders
• Work closely with proposal and engineering teams to develop competitive, cost-effective offers aligned with customer needs
