- Lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance backend systems using C# and .NET, driving architecture decisions and engineering excellence
- Collaborate cross-functionally while mentoring team members and ensuring reliable, production-ready solutions
- Collaborate closely with Product, Design/UX, DevOps and other R&D teams
- Work within an autonomous team of engineers in an agile environment to achieve business goals
- Contribute to the overall design, architecture, development, code quality, and production environment deployment of your team
