Associate - User Growth (Field Marketing)

About the role

Job Description We are looking for energetic and self-driven professionals to join our Offline User Growth Team. The role involves identifying growth opportunities across the city, building relationships with merchants, businesses, institutions and communities, and driving on-ground user acquisition initiatives.

What you'll do

• Visit markets, shops, restaurants, cafés, retail outlets and other high-footfall locations to identify growth opportunities
• Build and manage partnerships with regional/local brands and businesses
• Identify and develop corporate, college, institutional and community partnerships
• Engage with merchants, customers and local communities to understand market needs and provide relevant feedback
• Identify new opportunities for user acquisition, brand visibility and local marketing initiatives
