Deputy Manager - Legal

About the role

The incumbent will support business growth across verticals, with a strong focus on corporate advisory, contract management, and risk mitigation. The role requires close collaboration with business, finance, product, and compliance teams, along with active involvement in structuring and executing business transactions.

What you'll do

• Draft, review, red-line, negotiate, and finalize commercial documents (including contracts, letters, proposals, and similar instruments)
• Address and resolve contractual issues arising in engagements with internal stakeholders, partners, service providers, and vendors
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (compliance, product, finance, and business teams) to implement special projects across business verticals in a timely manner
• Analyze business requirements, identify legal and commercial issues, and propose practical and implementable solutions
• Ensure adherence to internal legal frameworks, mandates, policies, and processes
