About the role
As a Talent Acquisition Intern (Non-Tech), you will play an active role in driving talent identification and engagement across Paytm’s business, sales, operations, and corporate functions. Working closely with recruiters and business stakeholders, you will help source, screen, and coordinate candidates to fuel Paytm’s fast-paced growth.
What you'll do
- Screening & Assessment: Conduct initial resume screening and phone evaluations to assess candidate suitability, communication skills, and role alignment
- Process Automation & AI Adoption: Utilize modern sourcing tools, AI prompts, and automated communication platforms to speed up top-of-funnel hiring workflows
