About the role
We are looking for a passionate Product Manager / Senior Product Manager to join our Paytm Insurance team. The ideal candidate comes with prior experience in Insurtech or Fintech, and has worked extensively on partner API integrations, backend and frontend product development, and has a strong problem-solving mindset.
What you'll do
- Collaborate with external partners to integrate their APIs and ensure smooth onboarding and product flows
- Work closely with engineering, design, operations, and business teams to deliver scalable, reliable, and user-friendly insurance products
- Define product requirements, write clear PRDs, and drive execution through agile processes
- Track product performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and lead feature enhancements based on data and customer feedback
- Ensure seamless coordination between backend and frontend development streams
