About the role
A Talent Acquisition (TA) Intern will support the recruitment team in sourcing and screening candidates for technology roles. The role will involve working on real-time tech hiring requirements, coordinating interviews, candidate communication, maintaining recruitment trackers, and supporting hiring drives.
What you'll do
- Source and screen candidates for roles through LinkedIn, Naukri and other platforms
- Identify relevant profiles based on technical requirements and job descriptions
- Conduct initial candidate communication and HR screening calls
- Coordinate interviews between candidates, recruiters and hiring managers
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases and hiring reports
