About the role
Trainer at Paytm. Reconciliation (Primary KPI).
What you'll do
- Conduct weekly, and monthly reconciliation of devices, spares, SIMs, and other inventory
- Ensure system and physical stock match with zero variance
- Identify, analyze, and close recon gaps within defined TAT
- Coordinate with hub teams and central teams to resolve discrepancies
- Maintain accurate reconciliation MIS and share reports with stakeholders
