About the role
The O&G (Oil and Gas) Adjacent Team vertical is a focused offline payment solution team, we are predominantly dealing with Merchants onboarding and other Retail business with QR Codes, Sound Box and POS machines, handling end to end sales and operations in all offline products.
What you'll do
- Grow Distribution and Market share in the assigned area of operations
- Identify and recruit the sales team to align and drive business in the market
- Formulate and launch the counter strategy for local initiatives taken up by the competition
- Analyze the data and identifying the improvement areas, substantiate through market visits to identify the priority spots to perform in
- Plan the market size, span and geographies for his team both on & off roles
