About the role
The team is responsible for driving merchant acquisition, payment solution adoption, and business growth across the assigned territory. The team works closely with merchants and field sales teams to drive EDC/POS deployments, activations, transactions, and revenue while building strong merchant relationships.
What you'll do
- Merchant Acquisition Targets:- Drive new merchant onboarding for EDC machines, POS terminals, QR codes, Soundbox
- Revenue & Activation Targets:- Achieve monthly & quarterly targets for EDC machine deployments, Activation, transaction volume & revenue
- Team Handling:- Lead, train & motivate a team of 5–10 Team Leaders or 40-45 Sales Executives/Field Officers. Set KRAs, monitor daily productivity
- Should be able to build strong relationships with key merchants & CDIT merchants
- Must be comfortable with 80% field work & extensive travel in territory
