The role involves leading a large sales team, driving EDC/POS device deployment, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring operational excellence across the assigned geography.

• 🔹 Plan market potential, geographical coverage, and territory allocation for Area Sales Managers (ASMs)
• 🔹 Communicate business plans, targets, and strategies effectively to minimize gaps between expectations and actual performance
