About the role
We are looking for a high-impact Analytics & AI professional to build the data and intelligence backbone for our Growth & CLM function. This role goes beyond traditional analytics—it combines data science, AI, automation, and business problem-solving to accelerate growth through faster insights and execution.
What you'll do
- Own end-to-end analytics for Growth & CLM initiatives
- Convert Data → Insights → Tracking → Optimizations to drive business growth
- Design dashboards, tracking frameworks, and performance monitoring for key business metrics
- Build AI- and Agentic AI-driven workflows to replace manual MIS and reporting processes
- Leverage Python, LLMs, automation, and AI tools to simplify operations and improve productivity
