About the role
The Business Analytics & Data Management team is responsible for leveraging the organisation's extensive data ecosystem to drive business performance, operational efficiency and strategic decision-making. The team works across business, product, technology, operations, risk and finance functions to transform complex datasets into meaningful insights, identify business opportunities, highlight operational gaps and recommend actionable interventions.
What you'll do
- Business Analytics & Strategic Insights
- Lead the business analytics function and drive data-backed decision-making across business and operational functions
- Identify key business trends, patterns, anomalies and opportunities through large-scale data analysis
- Develop analytical frameworks to measure business performance, identify improvement areas and evaluate the impact of business initiatives
- Perform deep-dive analysis, statistical analysis, correlation studies and root-cause analysis to identify underlying business drivers
