About the role
We are looking for a Manager / Senior Manager to own collections for our EMI affordability business with brand partners such as Samsung Mobile, Vivo and other leading brands. The role covers the full cycle from monthly reconciliation with Finance, to MIS reporting, invoicing, payment tracking and collection.
What you'll do
- Payment Tracking and Collections: Track brand-wise amounts invoiced, received, pending and ageing; run a structured follow-up process for timely collection
- Strong coordination and follow-up across internal and external stakeholders
- Analytical mindset and attention to detail in resolving reconciliation mismatches
- Clear written and verbal communication, including with brand finance and senior stakeholders
- Ownership of multiple brands and deadlines in a monthly cycle
