You will manage the backend operations for high-value service accounts, ensuring seamless onboarding, technical troubleshooting, and ongoing service excellence. What you'll do
- Merchant Onboarding & Lifecycle: Manage the end-to-end onboarding of
- Service accounts ( QR/EDC services). Ensure all KYC, AML, and regulatory
- Documentation is compliant with RBI guidelines
- (KAMs), Product, and Tech teams to resolve complex merchant queries and
- System bugs within the defined TAT (Turnaround Time)
