Lead UX Designer

About the role

As a design team, we work on products that empower our users to push the boundaries of fintech experience. Informed by research and data, we solve complex needs and build iteratively toward our vision. We ship high-fidelity designs of new features and prototype solutions.

What you'll do

• Obsesses over the need to understands customer needs and business objectives
• Becomes the customer’s advocate in the org - stay close to customers and partners
• Drives product and market research, competitive analysis, planning positioning and roadmap development
• Leads from front to identify and solve for gaps in customer and partner experience
• Drives product discovery, opportunity assessment, identify problems to solve, define GTM, define product, execute
